Jane has been a complementary therapist for seven years and has trained and worked in America and in Belgium with a wide variety of clients in corporate and private settings. She blends therapies and techniques to provide a unique treatment personalised to the client's specific needs.
Cranial Sacral - By applying light contact on the cranium (scalp) it can address aches and pains, acute and chronic disease and help develop health and well-being. This is a very gentle therapy suitable for children, the elderly and people in a fragile state or experiencing acutely painful conditions; it also strengthens the immune system. It is particularly useful in treating disorders that do not respond to other treatments or remedies.
Bach's Flower Remedies - Each of the 38 remedies discovered by Dr Bach is directed at a particular characteristic or emotional state, relieving stress and emotional imbalance in humans and animals. It is helpful in dealing with stressful situations such as accidents, driving tests, interviews or emotional trauma.
